Returns and Exchange

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any unused item with tags for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items that have been worn or do not include the tags can not be returned. We can not accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or the embroidery is defective. Detailed return information is provided with the packing slip included with your shipment. Please fill out the return form and include it with any returned merchandise. A return due to shipping error or product defect has 30 days from receipt to qualify for no­ charge pick­up. In this instance contact our Customer Service Department at (801­)-964-­1600 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Shipping Costs & Delivery Information Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.
Standard Shipping
We ship in ­stock items the next business day after we receive an order. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery up to 3­5 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday only, we do not ship on Government or Utah State Holidays.
Express Delivery (air)
Priority and Express shipping are available at an additional cost
P.O. Boxes
We ship standard delivery to P.O. boxes. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery up to 5­5 business days. Priority or Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes
International Shipping
We do not currently do not ship internationally
